This happens in a lot of my WILD attempts, how can I fix it?

When I woke up, I wasn't all that tired anymore, but I still wanted to try to WILD. I got myself comfortable, and went about the process of making myself relaxed. Once that was accomplished, I cleared my mind of thought as well as I was able. I started to tingle. Then I felt like I was getting sucked into my body. I remembered to stay calm, and tried to keep my breath even and deep. Suddenly I could hear my pulse very loudly, and it started to violently shake and vibrate my body. I was ready for my 1st WILD when it ended (should have done an RC here but I forget <.<). I didn't give up, but I started to sort of daydream. At first I had to sustain it, but then it started to take care of itself without my input. I could see like in a dream, I could hear like in a dream, and when I picked something up I could feel it. But I could feel my own body as well. I ignored it to stop the dream from breaking, but I was always aware of my body vaguely. The best way that I can describe it is that I was passivley observing myself in a non-lucid dream, feeling that if I tried to influence it I would break the dream down. I was a strange cross between the main actor and just a spectator for the entire thing. Does anyone know what this was, how I can turn it into an actual WILD, or ways I can avoid this during my attempts.

Believe you can take control and sustain the dream and it's most likely that you will. You have to become the ''alpha-male'' in a sense. Sounds like you were really close to nailing it though. :D
