Newbie's 2nd Wild!
This is the first time Ive decided to join a website regarding lucid dreaming but Its been happening too much to ignore..
Ive dabbled a bit here and there with lucid dreaming over the last 6 months after doing by accident one day.
Im a shift worker and I work 12 hour shifts, sometimes when Im doing a turnaround night meaning I'm switching from night shift to day shift I get in this really tired state, (which ive had my Wild experiences...
I thought Ide just share how I did my Wild about 1 hour ago..
I ended up getting woken from a dream that seemed so real that It made me think about lucid dreaming, so being in that really tired (just woke up) state I simply just closed my eyes and kept my mind aware.. After a long wile I hit this really weird state.. where my body was vibrating and I heard a loud vibration in my ears, Which of course scared me to the point of waking up..
At this point I knew I could do it if I tried again.. So of course I did, and after a wile of laying silently trying to enter the state I get to this point where I start entering a tunnel or something, (seems like I am entering something) I just try to go in more and in more, and before I knew it I was in.
at first I was in a blurry state, scared to lose whatever was going on I tried this spin technique I had read somewhere online... and after I was done spinning I had full control.. We'll as much control as a newbie could have..
I won't go into my dream too much but wow the detail is amazing!! I remember walking by the side of someones house with the sun shining down and seeing my shadow as I walk and "thinking WoW, this is so incredable",
:) After the dream was over I got too that sleep spot whatever its called where you think your waking up in your bed but still dreaming.. I got out quite quickly by continuously looking at my hands!! haha so strange having a thumb and a pinkie and none in the middle...
btw This is only my 3rd fully controllable Lucid dream...
Tnx for readn!

that sounds amazing, is it more clearer than a normal dream? whats your sleep schedule and what do you do inbetween work and sleep?
-
Yes it was super clear, almost like I wasn't dreaming.... but if I focused on details, lots of things aren't right..
I work 4 on and 4 off shifts.. 12 hours.... 2 day shifts then 2 night shifts
So I started my dayshifts (Wednesday 8am-8pm) and (Thursday 8am-8PM) then I switch to nights (Friday night 8Pm-8am) and (Saturday night 8pm-8am)
So thursday night after work I will stay up as late as possable, usually around 2-3am and then sleep in all day friday to get ready for night shifts...
But like today I got woke up at 9am instead of sleeping till 11-12 which I like to do.. And I was in this, Tired sleep state...

Congrats on the WILD, that sounds exactly like how I had my first WILD, I was tired so I went to sleep, but didn't really intend to WILD, but I woke up in the middle of a dream, and decided to stay still and the vibrations and noises hit me and I was in a WILD. I didn't know how to clarify or stabilize at that time so the dream was blurry, but still soooo amazing.
