Its hard to say because everybody is different. Somethings that may work for my may not work for others. Really the only way to find out is by testing it yourself. :)
Which MarineRecon's answer may be brief, his answer is totally correct. The best way to get good at WILD no matter how many guides you read is experience. Once you get your first WILD, try and think back of all the details leading up to the WILD. Make your own technique.
