Confusing Experience.
Alright so i just tried a afternoon nap WILD about an hour ago and like the title suggests i had a rather confusing experience.
Let me explain. the first thing i did was lay down on my back, sat there for around 30 minutes and nothing much was happening except for the usual light numbing i get on my hands and legs when I'm too awake. So i turn on my side and before long I accidentally drifted off into a non-lucid dream. But after a while in the dream all of a sudden my vision turned sideways (like i was looking at everything in the position my body was actually in) and the dream was gone and i felt my body go through extreme vibrations. Also i could now see a baby instead of the dream i was having before. xD. anyway after a couple quick seconds the vibrations stopped and i immediately went back into the same dream and continued on but i was probably the smallest bit aware BECAUSE even though i was still wrapped up in the dream logic i thought that i wanted to wake up, and then i did... this all happened in about an hour (including the 30 minutes on my back).
I just wanted your guys opinion on this because i don't know really what the hell happened.

This sounds like a textbook DEILD experience, only without the real lucidity. If you've never experienced sleep paralysis before then congratulations. You just did. Ideally you would have been lucid when you re-entered the dream, but since you didn't know what was happening you weren't able to take advantage of it.

Oh... i haven't read up on DEILD's but i just took a look at a tutorial on it. Makes sense, thanks for the reply...
Also yeah I've experienced SP before but it was a while back, now i have a fresh sense of what it feels like again maybe I'll have better luck. =)
