I'm having trouble with staying on my WILD attempt

Hi. :) Usually after I do my WBTB 6 or so hours after going to sleep, I get back in bed. (My WBTB usually consists of just a bathroom break) Then I think about WILDing and how I'm going to attempt it. After a few minutes, I forget about it entirely, my mind wanders, then I fall asleep. And then when I wake up, I regret it in the morning.
How can I stay on the technique without forgetting what I'm doing? It's pretty hard IMO.

Try to stay awake for a little longer before WILDing. The risk of losing your consciousness is higher if you feel too tired when you're trying to WILD (because of a too short WBTB).

Okay. Going with a longer WBTB tonight! :) Will post results tomorrow.
