Sp problems :/

Ok so the last time I had sleep paralysis was 3 years ago when my dad died. I was going through post traumatic stress and i could never sleep and always went through sleep paralysis. Now here's the problems I face, often in this order
-slow breathing
-inability to move
-pain(like actual stabbing/major discomfort) in heart area
-no breathing= shake myself awake

Now I have been trying to wild through sp and this is what I get.
-slow breathing
-no breathing/or fall asleep.

I just can't do it, and how come it almost kills me when I do?
