OBE/WILD attempt. What happened??

I read the book NEW energy ways by robert bruce. Last night I did breathing focus meditation, a trance deepener, some exersises, some energy work, then practiced the rope exit technique.
This morning I planned to do a Wbtb. I was going to do breathing focus meditation, trance deepener, energy work, then rope exit technique.

So I did the Wbtb then did a few minutes of breathing focus meditation, then I sat up and opened my eyes. But I didnt mean to, I uncontrollably sat up. I sat there thinking about what went wrong. Then I Heard day telling me to wake up and sat up. Haha wierd. So it was a false awakening. I wish I had of RC when it failed.

How did I have an OBE/WILD from just a few minutes breathing focus meditation?
Was it anything to do with the energy work and stuff I did the night before?
Because I didn't believe in this energy body stuff but now I'm beginning to.

Not sure :S

Your timing was right. Sometimes it only takes a minute or two if you are in the right state of mind at the right point in your sleep cycle. Take note of the time of night this happened, so you can do it again tonight :)

Did you have any lost time? Do you think you blacked out or fell asleep unintentionally?

I stayed conscious the whole time, I just didn't realize it was a false awakening. Maybe I would of if dad didn't wake me up.
I tried again this morning but lost consciousness.

Moved to WILD :)
