So I stayed home from school today because I didn't feel the best :S My mom will probably have me take a nap when she get's home, so I'm wondering is it possibly to WILD before a nap? Or even after you wake up from one?

If you take the nap two hours after you have woke up and eating breakfast and so on, it's actually the original version of Wake Back to Bed by Stephen LaBerge.
His WBTB is actually quite extreme. Why? Because it's the best time to pracctise lucid dreaming .. :)
Unfortunately we usually don't have time to perform the WBTB like that, but to answer your question.
It is possible to WILD anytime, and the best way to do it is 2-3 hours of awake time after sleep and going back to bed and the best time is right after an awakening.
If I have the time, I use this extreme long WBTB on the weekends and I am almost guranteed lucidity just by just going back to sleep.
Good luck :D
Napping is a great time for WILDing, since your body wants to catch up on sleep and will go straight into REM. The only thing that's different is that you'll have to relax yourself more than usual (since you will have been active for the entire day before that time).
