I'm going to try to wild today and hopefully enter a dream. I'm very sleepy now, but i was wondering, the tutoral says to lay still, but how do you ignore the itches?
It all has to do with were you have your awareness. If it's itching in the beggining you should not ignore them just move and make the itches go away. But if you have been laying there for a long time it might just be the body testing you if you have fall asleep. So in that moment motivate yourself and think "Do I want a lucid dream? Or do I want to screatch my arm?".
