Yoshi's wild technique question

So I'm quite new to LD and tried this technique.
For some reason the only LD's I've had have been OBE's lasting only for 2-3 seconds.

I Yoshi's Wild Techniwue twice and had the same experience twice. After the HI it seems as if I fell asleep. When I woke up, I was in my bed with my eyes closed but realised I was asleep since I had the feeling I was rising to the ceiling. However after 2-5 seconds I woke up again. How can I keep from waking up?

Increase awareness slightly if you are drifiting off, it's about fighting the right balance.

Well, has you experience the HI, try to visualize. Or try to " go into" the HI. And keeping yourself from waking up, that all depends upon the person, just keep on practicing. You'll know what to do when the time comes.
