Limbs Vibrating?
Hey everyone. Just wanted to get some feedback. I've recently been trying to WILD in the early morning and I get close and start to feel the vibrations but I can't seem to push past that point. I think I may be trying to hard and not relaxing enough. Oh well, not the reason I posted.
I noticed last night as I was lying on my side with one arm stretched out and started feeling the vibrations, it felt like my finger was oscillating at the same rate as the vibrations. I'm not sure if my finger was actually moving or just a phantom feeling. Anyone experience this?
Thanks.

Vibrations. Everyone can experience them differently, so that's just your bodies way of saying "hey your close to a dream cause I'm in SP" :P
Ride them out, I know they can sometimes be really intense and unnerving, but tough it out and you should find yourself in a lucid dream once they are over.
Those are my indicators. The vibrations let me know when I'm transitioning.

What Chewnie91 said, also, try not to pay too much attention to the vibrations. They're an indicator you're falling asleep. However if you pay too much attention to them you won't be able to fall asleep. Ignore them, perhaps start visualizing when you end up in the vibrational state and you'll notice your thoughts being way more "solid" than they usually are. Pretend to use your senses in those thoughts, like touching grass. All of a sudden you'll be on all four, touching the grass inside a dream :)
Good luck!
