WILDing....
Ok so I've known about dreaming for a while now but have never attempted a WILD, is it possible to do a WILD as the first time you are falling asleep in the night or is it when you wake in the night then attempt it. Also cna binaural beats help with WILDs?

While it IS possible to WILD when going to bed, I've heard that is significantly more difficult. You'd have better luck after 4-6 hours of sleep.
Also, I'm not sure about binural beats. I wouldn't use them, but they might work for some people.

Ok thanks! I think once I boost my recall I'm gonna have to try out WILDing

I love interjecting my experience when someone asks this question.
I have WILDed without WBTB. HOWEVER, it is a long, laborious process that will only give you very short and extremely unstable dreams. This is because your first REM cycle is usually very short, meaning your dreams will probably be of similar length.
