My first time WILDING
Well I've only had one lucid dream and i can recall about 1 dream a night, and i really want another lucid experience so i decided to try to WILD.
I had my room pitch black and sat in a pretty comfortable position, i had this video replaying with my laptop closed so there was no light.

For the first 5 minutes i did not feel anything, i tried to leave my mind blank and only think of my breathing.
Around the 8 minute mark, i felt my body start to become, how can i say this, Warm? Heavy? It felt like i couldnt move ( I didnt try to move because i didnt wanna break my WILD attempt) And it felt like a wave of heavyness went over my body. I thought that was a good thing and i waited for a visual show, But nothing happened. At the 20 minute mark i decided to get up. Maybe i didnt notice the visuals?I didnt see any colors. Could anyone tell me what to do when i do see the visuals?

I believe that not everybody sees swirls evolve into objects and movies every time. You can have different manifestations of sleep paralysis and the transition stage into lucid dream, like vibrations and all kinds of hallucinations.
2 questions -
- did you get any sleep before WILD attempt?
- did you do a reality check when you gave up?
I think you should have given it more time, 20 min is not always enough. Happy dreams:)

You have to fall asleep to have a WILD. It will be easier if you do it in bed, after a couple hours of sleep (4.5 or 5). Relax in whatever position you want, then use your normal sleep position to transition to sleep.
