      naps ?

In order to accomplish a wild do I have to take a nap during the day in order for it to work at night? when I usually get 6 hours of sleep then do a wbtb ? Cause i just read a post where it said that if i dont get any pre sleep its a guarantee for failure.
What might be a nightmare for one might be a wonderful dream for the other

One of my most recent WILDs occurred when I stayed up late and then was woken up early by the neighbor's contractors talking on the other side of the wall from my bedroom. I was still way tired, and I took their words into visually into my dream.

I find that WILD is easier when I'm tired but have been woken up around the time I would normally wake if it was any regular day. Weekends are good for WILD in my situation.

I think, having read so many posts, that it's better if you know your own sleep schedule and body and stick with what works for you.
