Hey guys.
When I set my alarm (i use an ipod so it goes off on its own) I get woken up, I'm not startled or shocked in any way (I quickly grew adjusted to the alarm) and it isn't particularly loud, however I seem to be completely awake after 4-5 hours of sleep. More so than I would ever be after 8-9 hours and waking up at normal times.
Is this a sign that I am sleeping too long or sleeping too little before my WILD attempts?
I don't think it is. I just recently read some articles, about how people used to sleep in two shifts, right up untill maybe 18. century. There was a "first sleep", then people woke up, read, talked, visited friends for an hour and then went for a "second sleep". It's suppost to be the natural way of sleeping and it may explain insomnia in so many people, when they can't fall back to sleep after sleeping a few hours.Quote:
