I tried to wild again today and after staying still for a good while I suddenly started to breath fast like when you run really fast. My eyelids started to force themselves open but I kept them closed. After that I decided to get up and try some other time. I've been tried to lucid dream using wild for about a week now. This is the first time this has happened.
About the eye just use a sleeping mask and if this didnt work try to focus on other parts of your body. The respiration thing must be because you were too much excited to complete, wild like it was a meditation
WILD takes a lot of skill and meditative patience. the breathing thing happens to lots of people, and you just need to keep on going right past it. WILD is far too complex for anyone to give you a simple answer. I suggest you read all the lessons Sageous has posted in his DVA class.
