Figured out when I wake up, now what?

So, I've been using an Android app on my phone that detects accelerometer changes, sound changes, and things like that. Using this information, I figured out when I wake up naturally (and probably just roll over, then sleep again). So, what do I do now? Do I set a timer like 20 minutes before I'd wake up? Or 20 minutes after I go back to sleep? Or when I wake up?

Now you should try and sarm a little bit before you wake up. Your going to have to set it a little earlier to give you wiggle room because your sleep cycle will fluctuate. Id say no more than 20 minuites but no less than 10. After your alarm wakes you up right down your dreams and get a lucid using what ever technique suites you best.
