Every time I attempt a wild either it being during a nap or a wbtb, I lay there and begin to feel very relaxed, I kinda lose the sensation in my limbs, I slow my breathing to steady semi deep breaths and I won't focus on anything (or try) and sometimes I'll slip into a memory and I'll be like snapped back to consciousness. But usually after 40 mins of wilding I try to go to back to bed like normal and usually have a hard time falling asleep after trying wild. Oh and I never notice HI either. Any advice please?? |
