      Sleep Paralysis "Urges"

Ok so i have been trying to WILD for a little while and ive never really fully experienced SP because ive always come close to it (as in the the stage where i go all tingly and first start seeing quick pictures) but then get too excited and fail from breathing really fast and my heart running away on me.

Im not sure if the "urges" i get when trying a WILD are the signals my body sends to see if im really asleep or if there just uncomfortable urges or something. So im wanting to know what are some of the things your body does to see if your asleep when attempting a WILD. Like for example, i know some people feel like rolling over or get an extreme itch etc. Any weird ones out there??

      Moved to WILD.

I've had itches, arm numbness, but the worst for me are sounds. I'll hear cannons go off every now and then, and it gets me every time. If it's something like an itch, or I feel like I'm positioned wrong, and I know I've just started recently, I'll go ahead and get it out of the way. There's no point in thinking "zomg my face" for an unknown amount of time.

Ummmm.... I realise this? Im asking what are some urges people have had before not what do i do??...

Haha that's true, i haven't had many yet but i haven't really done a proper all the way WILD yet either so its good to know what i should expect in time to come, i think the sounds would get me too

Hey, these are some of the stuff that a lot of WILDers have problems with. Hope this helps!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
