Question Ideal sleeping & waking up times

What is an ideal time to goto bed and wake up to attempt WILD?

I usually goto bed around 11:30pm - Midnight pretty much everynight but I want to start going to bed early so it's easier for me to attempt WILD in the mornings. At the moment, where I am going to bed late, I have to get up around the time when everyone else is getting up and ready for work

I've never achieved WILD yet so this could help alot

It seems like a good time to go to bed would be 11:30-midnight... You can't force yourself to fall asleep any earlier than your circadian rhythm demands, in the long run.

What you can do is set an alarm for a time before everyone else is making noises, or figure out a way to neutralize the noises they make. You could try a white noise machine, for example.

You can try a WBTB after 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9 hrs of sleep. The longer you sleep the better.
