Red face Big problem ! WILD early mornin' ...

      Hey ...

I tried few times wild after some hours of sleep ...
But its seems impossible because of the PAIN, my body wants to change position (when I'm on my back), and it gives me BIG STRESS and on my stomach I fall asleep, on my side too.

What to do when its very hard to dont change position ?

      Advices ?

      THANKS <3 :p

Change position and continue your attempt. You don't have to lay perfectly still at night in order to fall asleep, right? So no need to do it during your WILD attempt. It's a myth that you have to lay perfectly still the entire time.

Yes, you are allowed to move. Same way, as you are going to sleep at any other time. Don't make it a chore. Don't think "Oh hell, I can't move and I ache all over, this sucks". Don't push it. And yes, state of your mind is important.

100% positive. And being mentally relaxed isn't just more important, it's everything. A WILD is entirely a mental process.
