About how long do you have to be still before sleep paralysis takes place and you enter a lucid dream. I layed 100% still for almost 45 minutes the other day and i could tell i was entering sleep paralysis. It got a little stroger and then it just quit and i didnt move for ten more minitues and he feeling never came back. If anyone has any advice to give please give it and thank you.
Forget about sleep paralysis. the only people who can wild with sleep paralysis are the ones who actually get sleep paralysis. So look up Mzzck's comprehensive WILD guide and do yourself a favor by forgetting everything you know about wilding

These are good news, because without these obstacles it's easier to WILD. If you are a beginner, I would suggest to look into DILD method and get a few DILD lucid dreams before going after WILD.

It is almost impossible to achieve a successful WILD right after going to bed, your best time for achieving a WILD would be 4-6 hours after you have been sleeping. A successful WILD shouldn't take longer then 5-10 minutes, but although it differs for everyone. When your attempting a WILD it is important to refocus your attention on something other then the sensations you feel before the transition, a good technique can be counting in your head 1 I'm dreaming, 2 I'm dreaming, 3 I'm dreaming, and so on. This is known as anchor, as it de-attaches from the sensation of your body falling asleep but allows you to remain conscious awareness so during the transition you can precede into the lucid dream.
