What is this?!

I was trying to induce sp at night and enter lucid dream... I woke up after sleeping cuz i forgotten i was trying to induce sp note: i havent been in sp or in lucid dream b4. So i woke after i slept for around 2 hours and i went back to sleep. 5 minutes later i was in a dream and for the first time i actually knew i was in my own dream and controlled it for a short while and i forgotten what happened after that what is this im having?? Is this a lucid dream??
