Cant WILD because my eyes are twitching/moving

Hello, everytime i try to wild i cant make my eyes relax, i try really hard not to move my eyes and i relax every muscle and try to focus on the darkness behind my eyelids but my eyes are always moving with like twitching movements.
Sometimes when i try i come so far that i start seeing green and blue shapes moving around and it start tingeling and itching everywhere but then my eye moves around and it all become black again.

this happens every time i try to wild, please help!

You probably arent attempting WILD correctly. You shouldnt have twitching eye problems if you are trying to fall asleep. Have your eyes ever twitched when you were just trying to fall asleep normally? If not, then you are focusing too much on keeping your eyes focused and not enough on sleeping.

Two words: sleep mask.
