tingling sensation on command

so something really weird has been happing the last two weeks i can lay (or sit but it is easier to lay) and more or less force a tingling sensation on my legs and then move it up my lower back and eventually my whole body is tingling then i start floating not like moving but its like my bed just fades away. it feels like im WILDing but my eyes are open (most of the time anyway) so my question is what is happning is this SP? is this a meditative state? also it seems to happen alot faster after i smoke cannabis please help im very confused :?

So you can also do this after you have not gotten high? Anyways if so, maybe you should try this with a WILD after a wake back to bed and see what happens.
