      From Hypnagogic to LD

Hi! First of all i've to inform that i don't practice WILD consciously, but simply during night sometimes (and most of all now, during my polyphasic sleep adaptation) I have hypnagogic allucinations. Usually I see ordinary things, such as my room or my books, and the first times I thought i was awake, but now i don't fall in this trap no more. My problem is that I never go into a LD by this way, because i feel my body paralyzed and after a certain amont of time i always get upset and decide to wake up! Maybe i've to remember about fake awekenings, by the way...
      What's your advices?

When you feel paralyzed, you are lucid by that time, right?

Have you tried imagining your preferred dream scene? You can visualize during that time to enter the dream. Or maybe imagine sinking into the bed, that usually helps me get into a dream scene.

      Good luck

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Try to "roll out" of your body. Like trying to roll out without moving muscles. It's like sending the move signals, but weak enough to not move your physical body.
