To what tune do you wake up for WILD (WBTB)

As the title says, what tune do you use for the alarm? I dont want to use songs as i always start hating them after few wakeups

None, i managed to program myself to wake up after each REM cycle so i don't really need that.
But if you want to use alarm i would suggest to use something that can wake you up but also would not be annoying so it would not interrupt your dream recall, possibly something that starts smoothly, and also it should disable itself after some time.
