DEILDs!
Hey..So just 2 days ago i wanted to try to DEILD..Ok ...So the first night i got to sleep(like i usually do) with no intention to try it that night.. and then i woke up in the middle of the night ...didnt moved at all, closed my eyes and about a second I didnt thought about anything and BAM the transition..I felt vibrations in my legs and i couldnt move, i started to breath really hard and my heart was beating super duper FAST and i started to see Dream characters and then i was like: No..Not this night! And i tried to wake up and then i woke up and got directly into sleep. No dream recall then.Ok.So i got on the Chat and people told me that I must redo it and told me to say this mantra:I will notice when im waking up.Ok so i did it before sleeping and slept with it in my mind, then i woke up and tried to DEILD but the problem was that before me noticing it..My body moved and got out of the REM atonia(or whatever its named) ..Then all I remember was that i woke up again and tried to DEILD(not sure it happened in real) And I couldnt ...I tried harder and All i felt was some vibrations and couldnt move and saw a light. Then i tried harder and there i was playing with my dream character but everything was blurry in a kind of brown fog and i kept saying: Increase lucidity! And rubbing my hands but no beggie..It didnt work. Then i waked up and do this DEILD thing like 2 more times..And it worked(like 3 dreams and it was really vivid as i remember but since my dream recall is bad i guess i couldnt remember everything) This memory is kinda blurry for me idk if it was a vivid dream or real...Oh and after this now i remember like 6 dreams I had! Its a damn record! What is this meaning?

What do you mean when you say "what does this mean"? Basically you DEILD'ed a couple times in a row. When I DEILD it's usually the same for me, one DEILD rarely comes alone. My guess is this is because if you wake up from the first lucid dream, you're already "aware" and know that you're not supposed to move or open your eyes when you wake up. Similarly, I haven't had any trouble remembering my dreams after DEILD.
