accidently wilding

ok so my theory is iv been wilding without even knowing it beacouse when i go to bed i say my mantra over and over and well i think of my first lucid dream (waking up in my bed as a false awaking) and i and up falling asleep but i dream that i am still in bed in the exact position i was like two seconds ago and everything exactly were i left it in my room and i im anoyoid and so i get up and take a sleeping pill (antihistamine) and when i fall asleep in the dream i wake up in real life the thing is when im saying my mantra im realy good at it and i can say it nonstop over and over for like an hour untill i fall asleep and beacouse im real good at it i like try to use it as a wild aswelll like trying to focus on my mantra to keep my mind active while falling asleep i didnt actualy excpect it to work but i think it actualy has been and i think thats why iv been having these kinds of false awakenings ummmm i dont know if this made much sencse but can someone please like comment no one ever comments on my shit hahahah lol :(

Seems indeed that you're mantra is giving you some nice false awakenings. Did you never noticed if the sleeping pill looked weird or different? Maybe associating some reality checks to it will give you a connection that is strong enough to make you lucid ;) Another trick you can do is always performing a reality check when you get out of bed, this will take care of all those false awakenings going on. But be glad, you're for sure in the right track! I bet those WILDs will keep coming over and over with the added fact that you'll enjoy the lucid dream entirely ^^

yea the pill is allways diffrent, and allso would any one know why i wake up in real life when i take the pill and fall asleep in the dream? that part is weird.

I second zoth00's suggestion to reality check each time you wake up / get out of the bed, false awakenings are a great way for becoming lucid. As for waking up after falling asleep in the dream, for some people it's the case that closing the eyes in dream leads to waking up in waking life, but it might as well be just dream ending normally. :poof:
