Was this a DEILD?

So I was having this dream a couple nights ago where this girl I like handed me a note, and I just knew it was a love not. I was not lucid. Right as I was holding it up to my face, I woke up. It was 3:00 or close to that time. I was like "Oh hell no..." And I just went back to sleep, but it was like I was taking off right where the other dream had ended. It was like I was looking at the note and I instantly became lucid because I was like "I JUST HAD THIS DREAM WHAT?!?!?!?!" I didn't have time to do much because the excitement of that woke me up. I tried to do what I did before and get back into it, but I didn't. Was this a DEILD?

Sounds like DEILD.

If you don't move after waking up from a dream, you are likely to remain in REM (unless that REM is over and that's why you woke up). It's totally possible to continue with the same dream you just came out of.

If you moved or opened your eyes, that REM you were in likely ended, and you WILDed into another dream, this time lucidly.

Sounds like micro WBTB to me, since you opened eyes and probably moved to look at time, either that or could have been a false awakening. :-?
