Also you need to balance how much awareness you put into anchor in a way to have enough awareness to become aware of when dream starts and you fall asleep, while still being able to fall asleep. Generally you will see dream starting, yeah, or feel it in some way, but it's something that varies from person to person as well. :)
As for the time if you can't fall asleep at all for half of hour or so then you may be too awake, other than that, don't focus on waiting as i said before, WILD is not something one should wait for, WILD is something that comes. Relax, be aware and enjoy the experience. :peek:
