Try listening to some music at first with your attempt or use cognition to cognitively point out in your head which images and sounds are causing you to lose focus and write them down. If you do not wish to write them down, then just make a mental note every so often that what you are thinking about while laying down is negative and keeping you from your goals. This usually always works for me since starting. |
