Muscle tension during wild
Ever since my sleep environment became more comfortable I've been practicing my wilding. After waking up from six hours of sleep I go back to bed a go to do my attempt. When I first started i noticed that after a while my leg muscles starts tensing up so I just relaxed them and went on. More recently I decided to let it go and see what happens. After a while the tension moves up my legs and I find my heels pushing the bed lifting my lower body off the bed. This feeling happens everytime I wild (exept for deild which I haven't felt this happen to me when this happens which also happens to be my only succesful method of wilding) I'm not sure if this is rare but has anyone here experienced this or knows what it is so all comments are welcome.
