Thread: Couple of questions

So, I've been trying to wild for a while now, but not matter how long i wait, I've never seen hypnotic imagery, I senced sensations of falling and that stuff, but never had succesful wild.

Always when I relax to wild I get like distortion feeling in my wrists, only in my wrists.
After distortion feeling starts even if I move let's say legs it doesn't stopps, it stopps when I move finger or something on wrist.

So, question 1.- is that distortion maybe part of WILD (is that maybe start of hypnotic hallucinations) or something else ?

And question 2.- how to continue WILD after that ?

I've senced real hypnotic hallucination, so trust me, what I described above is not that.
Excuse me if it's something irrelevant, I'm still pretty new to all this, I've had only a couple of foggy DILDs.
