Can those things cause DEILD / CAN-WILD to fail?

Hi guys i've got a question about things that can cause deild to fail
At today's morning i've tried to deild
1. Woke Up Randomly
2. Didn't opened eyes
3. Keep'd motionless
I've started to feel sleep paralys like thingy
But there were two things that disrupted me i think
- With close eyes i could still see light from the window (aka light disrupt)
- Had alot of saliva, so i had to swallow it
For some reason process like stopped (aka sleep paralys alike effects just went away)

Could those two things cause DEILD / CAN-WILD To fail?

In a way,The whole Point of these methods is to not move, swallowing saliva will send your mind the signal to wake up,your mind will send a signal to your body to move, if you resist this urge,It wont affect your DEILD/CAN-WILD
I suggest doing this technique in a room with good curtains :) If you're seeing light You're going to want to change things (Layout of bed e.c.t)

Some people stress not to swallow but I think trying really hard not to swallow is worse than actually doing it. You might be focusing too much trying to ignore it or it could make you too uncomfortable, which could make you unable to go back to sleep.
