What can stop progressing WILD Transmission?

      Hi guys
      I've got a question

What kind of things can stop Dream Transmission from mental stuff (thoughts etc.)?

Today at morning i tried to WILD
I reached some point of transmission
While using anchor i lost consciousness for few seconds then i regained it due to anchor as planned
But for some reason transmission stopped so i felt partial sleep paralysis and nothing else happend

So i'm wondering what could cause it, so i could prevent it in future (Since it seems like my anchor part i got down)

      Help would be great
I feel like i'm close to learning WILDing at will (thought i'm still noob i guess )
      - Thanks
