Today I was attempting to take a WILD nap, after being in the pool for a while (vacation in spain! :D) It took me a while (30 min.), but suddenly I see myself, lying in a tent with no shirt on. Then I got excited, and it dissapeared... Btw, in waking life, I was lying on my bed, not in a tent, and I had a shirt on.
So, what is this?
And also, right before I saw myself half naked in the tent, I kinda felt like I was lying in a boat.
I think what you had were most likely hypnagogic hallucinations. When one is paying attention while falling asleep, one can have hallucinations which can be pretty awesome. They can be visual, tectile, auditory, like still images or short movies. While they happen one is either already dreaming kind of or in this stage between waking and dreaming. If one pays too much attention to the and gets too excited by them one is more likely to wake up fully than to fall asleep though, so the art of WILD is figuring out how to pay just enough attention to stay aware while falling asleep, but not too much to not get too excited and wake back up.
Personally I have really liked hypnagogic hallucinations whenever I experienced them, except for one creepy time when I heard a stranger's voice call ying my husband's name, and it woke me up fully again, and then I searched our house for a stranger just in case, but he was not there of course, but then I was too nervous to fall back asleep. :)

I could say back when they appeared i was around one minute from lucid dream if i would do everything correctly :cheeky:
