      The most simple wild tutorial.

      So...
1.Wake up 3-6 hours of sleep.
      2. Now go to sleep except be aware of your thoughts. Just see whats going on in your head. If you notice your thoughts becoming really random thats the key sign. You are close. If you start to see vivid images or any sceanary focus on it. Try to get sunken into it.
3.If you manage to be aware of what was going on in your mind to this point you should have had lucid dream.

The idea is to forget your body, forget relaxation, forget meditative state or any other thing you have learned since you already know how to sleep.
When you go to sleep you while being aware whats going on in your mind and knowing that you are going to dream should be enough to wild.

I made this since reading all the wild tutorials myself i made it way too complicated which caused me to fail. I used to have the idea that i had to stay still or be completely relaxed which where just too much to focus on. Just kept me awake.
