Finally!!!
After many attempts, many hypnagogic transitions to only return to the black of my closed eyes, after finally making it to a dream scene to only lose it all together or lose lucidity, I have done it!
I woke up around 3 am, about 5 hours after I fell asleep. Got up to get a drink and went back to bed. It's crazy how much faster it all happens now. Where previously I could spend minutes in the hypnagogic transition with all kinds of visual and auditory hallucinations, now it only takes seconds. And it's different now. Lots of white lights. So after seeing some vague white vibrations, my ears blocked and I launched forward into my swirling, bright, vibrating transition.
I suddenly found myself in a movie theater. People everywhere. I decided I was taking control and really going to test my limits so I declared aloud that I wanted the setting to be a bar, just to see what I could do. Sure enough the whole place transitioned before my eyes. Then I knew I had finally done it. I decided to jump into the air to fly around and explore my dream, changing my surroundings a few more times.
After a while, I seemed to be losing some of my lucidity, I'm not sure how normal that is. I'm just super excited that I finally did it! It was amazing! So much better than the random dreams where I gain some lucidity. I had so much more control. And it was much easier to gain control. :)

Very cool, Fragile! That's great to hear. Was this your first lucid dream ever? If so, what an awesome experience! I really liked how you took control and changed to scene to something you wanted. Maybe next time you can eat some dream food, or um, drink a dream drink? :D Many more to come, you can count on it. Keep up the good work!

Not my first ever lucid dream. My dreams have been randomly lucid for months which is how I discovered wild. I only have slight control in those dreams though. Like I can control myself and what I am doing but nothing else.

That sounds awesome! I cant wait for my first WILD!
Can I ask you what technique you used? What exactly did you do? What kind of anchor? How long WBTB? Etc...
Thank you for sharing your inspiring experience! :)

I usually go right back to sleep after I wake on my own. I wish j could help more, but most of the time I don't try. Occasionally when I do try, all I do is focus on the color clouds that are there when I close my eyes. Usually I will see light vibrations that resemble strobe lights. And then I feel vibrations and the hallucinations begin. I don't do much after that except let it happen and take me where it wants to go.

Okay thank you, that was helpful. Again thanks for sharing, now I'm even more motivated to try WILDing! :D
