What is this called...WILD, DEILD, DILD, or something else?

When I was younger (and still sometimes now) I would wake up parially or already 'out' staring either at my body or where my body was suppose to be and I just couldn't see it.

Vibrations would always be the sensation that woke me up, however; I don't ever remember dreaming (lucid or non-lucid)...I would just wake up to vibrations (and/or sleep atonia) and I would be out of my body...sometimes standing, sometimes floating, sometimes sitting straight up in the bed partially out. Every now and then this still happens where I can't recall dreaming, but I'm just 'out' and I have no idea what got me there. Very frustrating because before I found DreamViews, this use to scare that hell out of me. Doesn't scare me as much anymore but I would like to be able to take advantage of it instead of trying to figure out where am I? What just happened? What is going on? When I'm in this situation and I don't know what has happened and by the time I finally calm down, I quickly end up back inside my physical body. I believe I use up too much lucid mental energy trying to figure out what is going on and I just lose the lucidity. Sometimes, it just still scares me...

I would like to have some kind of control when it does happen by starting with identifying what got me to that particular point in the first place.

Can anyone tell me if this is a WILD, DEILD, DILD, or something else? :huh2:
