      WILD while moving?

Is there any way I can WILD by moving? Since I have to rub my feet together in order to fall asleep, and if I don't I start twitching like crazy. I know WILD is basically laying still, while doing something keep your mind awake while your body goes to sleep, but I thought maybe there is an exception

The only exception I can think of is the FILD technique, where you move your finger very, very slightly in an attempt to keep yourself awake by moving so little that your brain won't count you as being awake and put your body to sleep. I highly doubt an action like rubbing your feet together will allow your body to fall asleep while your mind remains awake.

I bet you can do it! I don't see why it wouldn't be doable. I have to make my legs twitch like crazy to fall asleep or else my whole body starts twitching and I can do WILD sometimes. However, when I get really close to being asleep, my body stops twitching.

I'm sure you can still WILD though as long as you can still fall asleep while doing the feet rubbing.

Moving does not deter WILDing. In fact it can speed the process up. Whatever it takes for your body to get more comfortable as long as you can power through it. If you have an itch scratch it. If your leg wants to twitch let it, it'll reinforce your body to try harder to sleep.

hmm seems pretty counter to all I've heard, what next WILD while jogging, increase your focus by staring at the sun while falling asleep at a full run?

Lucid daydreaming maybe but I think for lucid dreaming you need to be in paralysis
Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.

This post is all kinds of inaccurate. Just look at Mzzck sticky post. Not all WILD techniques require you to be frozen still. You can simply fall asleep like you normally do but keep your mind focused on an anchor and obtain a WILD. Obviously he moves a lot to fall asleep so this would facilitate a WILD using this technique. You do not need to experience sleep paralysis either. Many if most people do not.
