Help!
I have dreams, random dreams. In those dreams i can feel everything. The pain etc. BUT i am not able to control these dreams and these dreams are totally RANDOM. I read about the WILD method and FILD method. I tried to do the FILD method, i woke up after 3-4 hours and i was feeling very tired so i slept again and moved my fingers. I could feel body feeling weak and numb. But i never got into a lucid dream. My eyes flashed and white rings appeared but a scene was never set up. Please i need help. :|

Hi, ld64. It sounds like you have vivid recall, which is really great for lucid dreaming! If you want to WILD, you will need to practice a bit and find a method that works for you. I recommend Sageous's WILD class. Also check out DILD techniques to help build daily awareness.
Also, make sure you aren't already asleep and dreaming when these WILD attempts "fail." It's a super common mistake.

When you say you can't control these dreams - do you realise you are dreaming at the time? Because technically if you are aware youre dreaming, when feeling the pain etc, then you are lucid dreaming and maybe its your control technique that needs practice? Or do you not notice you were dreaming until you wake?

I could see the dream clear as a day. I even remembered what happened in that dream. I guess i was half aware about the fact it was a dream, maybe?

Can i not try FILD technique. WILD is hard for me because i constantly move and scratch my face, although i will try to do it. Oh and one more thing, when i see those white flashes and rings should i try to imagine a scene? Because when i see those white lights and rings and after that nothing happens.

FILD is actually a sort of WILD, where the thing you do to keep your mind conscious is moving your finger (and then just thinking about it moving eventually) which differs from Sageous's tutorial (that ThreeCat mentions) where he uses a repeated mantra to sum up his intentions about dreaming and staying conscious. Have a read: Sageous's WILD Class.
There's loads of important stuff about WILDing and Lucidity in general that's useful to know as well that's in the class :) One of the things being the hallucinations/ imagery/ sensations you're talking about (He talks about these in the section called "Notes about the Noise"). Basically the thing to do is to let them happen and not pay much attention to them. You'll see loads of people talking about them in the "post your attempts" thread and pretty much the same response every time is, let them go and don't give them too much attention!
Regardless of which technique you go for, you're going to have to lie still unfortunately :( Forgetting your physical body (or at least not paying attention to it) and letting your mind pass over the itches and urges to roll over is just part of the process of WILDing.
Happy dreaming! Good luck with your attempts!
