What to do?
hello. i've been trying to get into a lucid dream for a while especially the WILD method. i wake up about 4-5 hours after going to bed and stay awake for a few minutes. i then lay on my back and try to get relaxed. but when ii try i just have so many thoughts in my head that suddenly come to me. the most i can do is feel a tiny tingling sensation and numbness in my hand and feet. i tay in this position for 30mins - 1hr but still nothing happens. any tips on how to help me?

WILDing successfully is about finding the sweet spot between staying conscious and sleeping and staying there until the dream starts. It sounds like you're too awake. Try to get closer to sleeping while remaining conscious. Go deeper.
