And just relax, you can doze off if you want to just don't fall asleep and always be aware. It should be more of a relaxful experience and not a stressful one and don't quit or stop because you'll get there. And how is your sleep schedule?
You should try sleep normally at first and hope you get a DILD, and then after you wake up at around let's say 4AM, perform a WBTB and try your WILD then, if nothing works, just keep trying because you'll get there.
