Why did this happen?
I've noticed now that I've gotten farther into my WILD attempts without falling asleep, after a few moments I get really uncomfortable. I usually WBTB for a few minutes. Then I go back to bed and lie down for a bit like in going to sleep. After I'm relaxed, I start holding awarness. Then usually in just a few moments I get really uncomfortable. I try to just stay still for a while, but end up giving in and moving. It's like my body and mind are screaming at me to just change my position. Why does this happen, and is there a way to stop it?

If you want to move then move. Staying still while stressing about staying still will keep you awake more than if you moved without stressing about it. Once you're mentally and physically comfortable, you'll naturally stay still because you won't want to move.
