Piecing Together the Puzzle - My WILD Attempts
Hello!
I've been having troubles with inducing a WILD for about 4 weeks now, but I feel I am progressing! After attempting almost every day, I've learned and experienced the various feelings and sounds as I descend into the void that is my mind :cheeky: . However, there are obstacles that block my way!
I know the feeling when I enter a dream:
-I had one successful WILD attempt by accident as I quickly snapped conscious when entering into the dream. This was accompanied by blaring horns and a sense that I was accelerating.
I also know the feeling when I'm getting close to entering a dream (thanks to yesterday's nap and last night's attempt):
-Yesterday's nap consisted of forgetting where my body was located, the sounds of a high frequency in my ears, and rapid eye movement (don't know if you would actually count it as REM, though).
-Last night's attempt failed and served as a MILD into another lucid dream. As the dream faded, I didn't try DEILD, but I sat still to figure out the noises and feelings when getting close to entering a dream. This happened to be the exact feelings and sounds of yesterday's nap! What a coincidence!
The last piece of the puzzle is the transition between getting close and actually entering. I figured out that I COULD intensify the sounds of high frequency, but I just don't know how yet. Maybe I don't even need to intensify them; maybe I am just too AWAKE!
So my plans for tonight!
-Try again
-Get to the point of No Return (aka. the point where I'm already too far in)
-If nothing happens, start to fall asleep to see if I can hit a sweet spot :o
If you have any ideas, please share them as they just might help me to becoming the master of lucidity someday.
TL;DR if you guys are too lazy:
I know the point when I enter a dream and I know the point when I get close, so now I need to figure out a way to initiate battle sequences and use hyper-drive into a dream.
