Hi, I just want to know is WILDing possible if I sleep late and wake up after 6 hours of sleep but in the morning then try WILD (not in the middle of the night) ?!
Will it be as effective as the normal WILDing ?

the light is a problem.. :? I'll find away for this problem and then try WILD :banana:
It shouldn't be a problem... If that is your sleep schedule, go for it.
Try a nightmask if the light bothers you.
My first LD was during a nap in the morning. I woke up disappointed, but i was still tired so i wanted to see if i could use autosuggestion to get one out of a nap.
I wouldn't know about how the dream would be affected, it was my first one, so naturally, it lasted about 20 seconds (Dream Standard Time).
