WILD Preparation
List all the preparations you know for nighttime WILDing.
Here are mine:
Prepare your mind - For better everything
Exercise - Makes you fall asleep faster
Make room dark, cool and quiet - Makes you fall asleep faster
Take vitamins - For more HI
Stretching - For better relaxation
Take a late night shower and put something moisturizing on your skin - For less itch.
Hmm... Yeah, list more of those please.

here is 2 things which REALLY help me:
-very slow blinking
-deep, slow breathing
do these 2 now, see how you feel after 30 seconds
