Thread: Noob WILD question

I've tried to WILD a few times in the past, but no guides have ever really made this clear: Should I have my eyes open or closed? =P

With your eyes closed, of course.

A lot of people seem to be asking this question... Maybe it should be mentioned in the tutorial.

Do you sleep with your eyes open?

If not, close them.

WILD means:
Go to bed, tired enough, relax, don't move a single muscle. if u move a muscle itll stop, then once ya in the process, ull feel weird things like numbess thats ya brain doin them to signal ya body if its still active or not.
pretty simple, just ride it out then ull go to SP. then 2-3 mins later WILD. bang, I know from expience my friend use to do them "ALL" The time, he has like at least 1 every 2 nights, which is , wow...
Shamefully he moved. Was that understandable for you.

I nearly get into SP but i get scared and wake myself up, LOL.

1. Dont move.
2. think about dream.
3. feel weird things.
4. body activates SP (sleep paralysis)
5. dream state LD . WILD (lucid)

Sp =/= => Wild

This is a common question. Believe it or not...this was one my main questions when I was exploring the world of astral projection through meditation years back . As others stated, this is sleep. You'll have to close them if you want to accomplish anything substatial .
