Of course, you could always use it as a type of suggestion or anchor. For example, turn it off when you want to WILD, and turn it back on when you want to sleep normally. This could help you set up a way of signaling your brain to when you are serious about doing a WILD. For example, some people will move to the couch to do their WILD, or to another bedroom. It helps to have a little ritual to tell yourself you are serious. Your WILDing pajamas, or your WILDing pillow.
